The hotel is well maintained and has great staff who are always there to help. The buffet was impressive with fresh local products and a wide variety, which made meals enjoyable for everyone.
It wasn't the cheapest place we've stayed at, but overall it was still quite acceptable.

The hotel was a chaotic mess. Room cleanup was delayed, and despite requests, they didn't follow through on basic services. We dealt with unfulfilled requests for supplies that took ages to arrive, and the noise from other guests made it impossible to relax at any point.

The team at the hotel is truly extraordinary. The animation team kept my kids entertained and made sure they had an unforgettable experience with activities. The variety at breakfast was impressive, but the highlight was the gigantic pool where we spent most of our time.
It wasn't economical but still tolerable.

The two-bedroom family room was super spacious, with comfy beds and a private bathroom. There was a nice balcony to chill on, and the kids loved the huge outdoor pool plus the splash park. Breakfast had freshly made omelettes and lots of tasty options. Direct access to a stunning beach was a huge bonus!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable in the spacious room adorned with mirrors. the check-in process could be more organized, as there were delays. while the breakfast buffet offered a good variety, there is room for improvement in quality. One highlight was the homemade rolls, which stood out at breakfast.
